Food Safety and Product Quality Statement: Cibus Foods Ltd is committed to food safety and product quality. We employ extensive food safety programs and controls at all levels of production, including raw product harvesting, processing and packaging. Our quality standards and safety procedures are constantly being evaluated both internally and through third part audits and we continually strive to improve our performance. Cibus sets quality specifications and standard for each of our products. These specifications and standards—which comply with applicable laws—include microbiological levels, sanitation, good agricultural practices, raw product quality, good manufacturing practices, quantity parameters, and packaging parameters.

Qiuchee Wong
Managing Director
Qiuchee is co-owner and Managing Director of Cibus. Prior to this, he was a co-Director of a Commercial Property firm in Northland and was the General Manager of Buy Right Cars. He has a background in Commercial banking. Qiuchee was born in Hamilton, and spent the early part of his life in the Fiji Islands. It was through his grandparents’ food business, Eddie Hin Limited in Lautoka, Fiji, that he developed a strong interest in food and trade.

Qiujing Wong
Director
Qiujing is co-owner and Director of Cibus Foods Limited. Prior to this, she was a Director of social change company, Borderless Productions Limited, the company she founded with husband Dean Easterbrook in 2005. Qiujing was born in Auckland, and spent the early part of her life in the Fiji Islands and had the great fortune to grow up close to her paternal grandparents’ food business, Eddie Hin Limited in Lautoka. Qiujing also serves on the board of Storytime Foundation.

Jilyin Wong B.E. (Civil) Auckland University
Advisory Director
Jilyin grew up working in the family business of Eddie Hin Limited, Lautoka, Fiji Islands. The company’s interests was wide ranging with a focus on food, including a restaurant, supermarket, manufacturing, direct sales and distribution of beverages, ice cream, frozen food and imported food. A keen foodie and entrepreneur, Jilyin has owned restaurants in both Suva, Fiji and Auckland, NZ.
